The mission of “Apostoli” is the love and charity taught by God, by helping the less favoured social groups and improving their living conditions through the provision of every possible help.
They are the same principles that lead us to continue this work and to move with today’s new circumstances but with teachings derived from the teaching of the Gospel and the tradition of our Church.
In this new journey, having as our blessing and spiritual guide His Beatitude Archbishop of Athens and All Greece Ieronymos, we have set the main social work axes, representing our help to our fellow human beings outside and within borders, and the support for every human in need expecting the power of unselfish love, compassion and offering.
Our goals include to offer charity, care, relief of human pain, meaningful intervention and help in dealing with every social problem, to strengthen our youth, to improve the educational level, to protect the environment, to strengthen the Orthodox Mission, to help the pastoral work of our Orthodox Christian brothers, wherever they are, and mainly to relieve people who suffer regardless of colour, religion, or race.
With all our strength, strong will, tenacity and earnest zeal, we set the foundations today, we establish the future by creating and implementing projects, actions, humanitarian interventions, spreading a social “net” of health protection, children, the elderly, families and vulnerable social groups.
Our vision is the constant struggle to change our lives, change the insecurity, the uncertainty, the sadness, the despair and the distress experienced by many of our fellow human beings to find a shelter of understanding, affection, care and help through the structures and actions of the “Mission”.
“No fellow human without food, shelter, doctor or medication.”
This is the key factor that marks our mission by also including humanitarian aid actions in every emergency case in Greece and abroad, in every corner of the planet where it is needed. We also provide scholarships and create educational programs for Greeks and foreigners.
It is not our intention to turn ourselves into contractors and builders, but we hope to leave traces of love to our fellow human beings living under adverse conditions.
The only way to achieve our goal is to design in complete transparency integrated infrastructure and development projects that will support the social work of our country and the local Orthodox Churches.
Your help is valuable!
